Real Estate Experience
Dick Exley started his Real Estate career in Houston, TX as Director, Beach and Bay Properties for Timewealth Corp. He was responsible for all Sales and Marketing programs for seven resort subdivisions in Galveston, TX, including direct sales, and sales promotion of resort lots, second homes and commercial properties. Total sales were valued at over 3M. Later he represented Cramer Capital Corporation in the Dallas-Ft. Worth market selling Limited Partnerships in commercial and residential land and income property ventures.
Mr. Exley joined Del E. Webb Realty and Management Co. of Colorado where he served as leasing manager in the downtown office prior to being installed as Sales Manager and Vice President of the Southeast Office in the Denver Tech Center. His management responsibilities included Sales, Leasing, Property Management and Tenant and Owner Representation. At Webb Mr. Exley was active in NACORE, served as advisor to the Office Guide to Denver and oversaw the production of the Office building Survey, a comprehensive analysis of over one thousand Office, Industrial and Retail buildings in the Greater Denver area.
In 1987 Del E. Webb left the Commercial Real Estate business. In that year Mr. Exley started R & R Associates, Inc., a firm specializing in Realty and Relocation services. Since then he has built to suit or leased over four hundred thousand square feet of office/industrial space in markets that include Albuquerque, Phoenix, Mesa, San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, San Jose, San Ramon, Provo, Ogden, Salt Lake City, Boston, Dallas, Houston and Denver.
Mr. Exley joined Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate in April of 1999.
